Custom made products are sometimes the only way to achieve the look you are after, as not everything is available off the shelf, or you may just want your award or gift to be more personalised or individual. Trophies, medals, honour boards, directory boards, small signage and bronzed items are some of the more popular products to be custom made.

~ Trophies ~

Custom trophies can be a great way to bring your ideas to life, we can work with you to help design and find the best materials to use for your awards.

Trophies can be a combination of standard parts available (ie. figurines or bases), with custom timber, acrylic, glass or metal pieces integrated into them or completely custom pieces in timber or acrylic.

Standard or custom made bases or plaques in timber and acrylic can also be used to mount your special items as awards or gifts including; Tools, small appliances, cans, bottles, car parts and bronzed items (See below).

~ Medals ~

Custom medals can be cast to include your specific crest, logo or event details, they can be double sided or single sided with room for engraving. The medal face can be 2D or 3D with plain metal finishes or enamel paint filled.

Custom coins, belt buckles, keyrings, badges, lapel pins and cufflinks are also available to be custom cast with school crests, company logos and much more.

~ Honour Boards ~

Honour boards for schools, clubs and corporations are available in hand-polished timber and acrylic. The boards come in a range of standard shapes and sizes and can also be custom made to suit your requirements.

Lettering for the boards is available in gold or coloured vinyls and traditional gold leaf. School or club crests and company logos can also be added.

We are also able to update your existing honour boards.

~ Directory Boards & Small Signage ~

Directory boards and door plates used to identify office locations within a building and staff members offices are available in engraved or printed metal or acrylic.

Small signs suitable for indoor and outdoor use including; Utility rooms, electrical/switch boards, warning signs and directory arrows. Custom cut acrylic letters and numbers for building identification are also available.

Vinyl lettering and numbers are available for use on vehicles, boats, signs or any other purpose you may have.

~ Brass, Bronze & Stainless Plaques ~

Custom brass, bronze or stainless steel plaques are available for many uses including; House names, professionals offices (ie. doctors), building or park openings and memorials or monuments.

Brass plaques are engraved, paint filled and then a clear lacquer protective coating is applied.

Bronze plaques are cast from liquid bronze with the lettering raised up from the background. Different colours can be applied to the background.

Stainless steel plaques can be engraved and paint filled or laser marked which applies a black printed like coating to the surface.

~ Bronzing ~

Bronzing is a unique way to preserve treasured personal items or to create one of a kind corporate, sports or recognition awards.

Almost any material and item can be bronzed in copper, nickel or 24k gold including; Baby keepsakes (ie. shoes), sports boots or balls, car parts, tools, wedding keepsakes (ie. champagne bottles or corks), flowers, fabrics, leather goods, food, wood, plastic and glass.

**Note: This process can take 3-5 weeks to complete.
